Well, I had really a bad misconception about moms eating double their intake just because they have babies in their tummies. I really thank the people that wrote this idea on how to really be healthy and as well , to gain less intake of junk in once self. If moms can manage to have this routine, she will not only help the baby alone,, but the body she has as well. I am really looking forward to this natural and healthy weight gain practices you have.
