Oh, I am really so sorry to hear this. I know this is really awkward for a teenager like you. I know how disgusting it can be to have some vein issues at the very early age. I have the same problem before when I was 17. I went to my doctor to consult this problem and she gave me like an ointment for vein pop outs. After a month of usage, I have noticed that the veins started to disappear. I think you should consult your doctor, too.
