3D/4D ultrasounds. Pregnant moms get to see what their baby looks like before it's born. Does baby have dad's nose? Mom's eyes? Best of all we can sonostream LIVE across the internet. Family and friends can watch live and hear everything that goes on in the ultrasound room. 4D Picture Perfect does not charge ($12.95) to sonostream to military men overseas. This is our way of saying thank you and making dad feel like he is still a part of the pregnancy.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
The internet is our #1 source of advertising.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
We're only had one website and have never changed it.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Every woman's new born baby IS picture perfect.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
4D Picture Perfect is an affiliate of United Imaging Partners. We are the only 3d/4d ultrasound facility that can sonostream live across the internet and make all members of the family feel included in the pregnancy without being there.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Our long term goal is to expand and open more facilities in south florida.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
In an economy like this, most fail. We have stayed opened and continue to grow 10% every month. We (my 2 daughters and myself) love what we do and people feel it from the time they call and book their appointment.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I wouldn't change a thing right now. We can handle our "mommy load" with our 10 hour days, 6 days a week.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
We have gotten big, really quickly. My franchise points us in the best direction. I would purchase another ultrasound machine ($250k)and run 2 machines a day instead of 1.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
The county and their bogus fees
What has been your biggest challenge?
In the beginning, getting the word out and proving we can get excellent 3d images for all our moms.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Giving away a few free scans. Pregnant moms tell their pregnant friends. They google us and the hits to bring us to rank #1
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
none I dont do it. My franchise runs it. With excellent results.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
It will run forever. We love what we do.
How much is a 3d/4d ultrasound
Most companies charge $100, $200, $250. 4D Picture Perfect, wants every mom to be able to afford a 3d/4d ultrasound. Especially, the way the economy is today. Our packages are $79 and $99. Some mom's like to come twice and we have a 2 visit package for just $149. We are the cheapest 3d/4d center in Florida. Sure we could charge a small fortune like the other companies. But, then our moms wouldn't spread the word so quickly for us.
