We all know the risk of having a heart disease, and so we should be watchful enough with our food intake. It's not easy to limit ourselves of eating food. But for the sake of our health, I think we really have to. There aren't clear explanations whether eating small amount of salt increase the risk of heart disease or not. I hope that things will be clarified and follow the public health recommendations. In this way, we can bring much hope to people suffering from heart disease.
