Will this new PaxScan(R) 3024M flat panel detector that was designed for full field digital mammography make going through this test less painful?I'm sure all the women out there, especially those who are in their 40s and up, would love to know if the answer to this question is a resounding yes.
The new technology sounds very promising with its capability to acquire images close to the chest wall to get immediate results and that it can provide rapid frame rates for advanced mammographic applications.
Going through a mammogram is very painful but it is a necessary test for all women with ages 40 and up to detect breast cancer.
So, all women would like to know, will this make mammography less painful or not?
