A pandemic flu may be likely to fare up pretty soon, almost immediately after school reopens in the fall; just after the summer vacation.
This will likely occur, well before there is any news of an available vaccine. There will surely not be enough of the vaccine for everyone, according to Janet Napolitano, or at least in the early stage of the season in which the flu is in abundance.
Apparently, the H1N1 flu or the swine flu pandemic, is the dangerous flu of which they speak as they claim it to be genetically different from all other flu viruses. A bit fishy, if I must say so myself.
