Thank you so much for all the information you have provided here. It means a lot to me. I really need this information because my father who is above sixty five wants to relocate and retire in Panama. I am just worried because my father is a little sickly so I am really worried about his health. I am just so glad to hear that the medical expenses are way too cheap than here in the States.
