Wow! This is really challenging. I think that starting and running a new business is really a challenge for Gary Smith. We all know how difficult it is to start up a new business. But this did not hinder him at all. He still pursued a medical start up business which he later became successful at. There are really people who prefers the challenge and excitement of being the head of a company that is just starting to flourish. I really like their determination. I hope that we can be as enthusiastic as they are.
