    Cornerstone Medical Recruiting, LLC , based in St. Louis Missouri, is a medical recruiting firm that specializes in recruiting Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants. Through the vast database resources that Cornerstone Medical Recruiting has at it’s disposal, Cornerstone is able to find many career opportunities in many different medical facilities throughout the United States.

    What inspired you to launch your own website?

    The desire to own and operate our own medical recruiting company. We realized that it is absolutely imperative that to be a successful company, a good website is a must.

    When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

    Our first website, Cornerstone Medical Recruiting, was launched in July of 2009.

    How did you decide on a name for your website?

    Our company is a Christian owned, faith based company. The name Cornerstone, is also a name that is used to refer to Jesus in several places in the Bible.

    What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

    Our website is very user friendly, and has very detailed information and helps for the job seeker, as well as the employer seeking a medical professional.

    What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

    Our eventual goal is to get high visibility on the internet, particularity Google, in order to promote our business effectively.

    How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

    Any time and money we have invested is well worth it, knowing that it will pay high dividends in sales leads and new clients.

    If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

    If We had an unlimited budget, we would spend huge amounts of money on SEO and adword campaigns to strongly promote our website

    If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

    Yes, because at that point, our profits would be so good, that we could hire additional staff to service the increased business.

    What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

    Blogging and email information to prospective clients
