Government health care plans are being compared to the British health care policies being currently applied. The main concern is that health care is applied on a scale that determines what can be paid and not. The idea is to reduce health care costs by "rationing" services. Cost of treatments is a primordial concern in such a system. But, the problem is that quality services can be very expensive and people will be denied certain treatments on the basis of cost, perhaps not need. Will this attitude degrade quality American health care?
