At the Philippine general hospital there was a person that had to undergo a series of operations in which this particularly instance was of the third of the three, hence, halfway there.
The most recent of the operations was the one that was conducted over at the Philippine General Hospital or PGH. The earlier two operations were both done at Makati Medical Center.
Still though, all three operations were performed by the same doctors, which would make it a lot more of a comfortable environment, in the event of the change of location.
