Hernia is a medical condition where the muscle walls of a patient is weak or has weakened resulting to a cavity which internal organ may bulge in. The most common type is in the abdomen where parts of the intestine becomes visible as a palpable lump. This condition in can be treated with surgery at soon as possible to prevent the complications.Since the problem is basically about weak muscle, some people believe that light exercises of some form of yoga could be beneficial.
