Run For A Cause

I think that this is a good exercise for the body. We should be fit especially if we want to join in activities like this. Endurance running is good if you have good resistance towards running long distances. Would you imagine how many months of running just to finish this 4,500 kilometers. I hope that more and more people will join this activities. Good luck.

A Service To The People

Wow! That is something new! I know that working in the armed forces medic is quite dangerous. This means risking your life for the service of the people. But te,ll you, the experience is something worth trying. The sense of fulfillment that you would feel after rendering your service is something that you can really be proud of. Anyway, just do precautionary measures and always prepare yourself for whatever that may happen while you are on the go. Regular Check on Simple Injuries

It's best to seek for medical attention regularly if you've been injured in the past to regularly check in you've healed properly and to the status of your injury.

The possibility of worsening the injury or re-injuring it is very high without regular check-up.
