We all know the risk of having a heart disease, and so we should be watchful enough with our food intake. It's not easy to limit ourselves of eating food. But for the sake of our health, I think we really have to. There aren't clear explanations whether eating small amount of salt increase the risk of heart disease or not. Autism is really a serious disorder for kids that should be given enough attention and importance. These kids who are autistic should be taken cared of and should be given proper medications so that they will be able to cope with the situation. The radiation risks of getting screened for lung cancer and the benefits of finding out that you have cancer early are two incomparable things. Preventative care is always the best so that basically means a healthy diet, working out regularly and going for regular screenings.
