If you are overweight, how would you like the people call you, fat or obese? Either of the two words describe you can affect your motivation as to how you look at yourself and other people. Doctors in UK prefer calling their patients "fat" rather than "obese." Basically, the word fat would motivate them well to lose more weight. They get courage upon hearing the word "fat."
