Now a days, I was worried regarding to my figure. I think I am gaining more weight. For me, dieting is a hard thing to do. But also if I had a vacant time or in my spare time I did some exercised. But I am always busy at work and I do not have enough time for an exercise. Liposuction is an easy way to get slim but I don't want to undergo for that because I am scared and besides it is an expensive one. I am planning to take a pills for weight loss or some nutritious supplement. Should I really see a doctor first?
