The risk of diabetes is increased with sleep deprivation
01/18/10 14:48
Diabetes is a dangerous illness, and it is not surprise that one's self can become in a worsened state, if it is that they are deprived of their bed rest, at night.
If a person likes to stay up late when the night comes around, then sleeping for only a couple of hours, waking up ready to go to work or class or what have you, then one should certainly be wary, as Diabetes can be listed as a diagnosed health issue when receiving your next medical check up.
