It's been a craze back in 2009, a new kind of diet which won't require you to count the calorie intake or even cut food drastically so not weight loss but promises to prevent heart diseases, Alzheimer's and some cancer. It could also relieve some chronic conditions like arthritis.
The main principle of this diet is to calm an over-active immune system which is linked to chronic inflammations. The key foods in the diet are oily fish, fruits and vegetables, legumes, and spices.
